My values are caring, growth, teamwork, and sincerity. I truly care about people and believe that everyone deserves to live an amazing life. I am motivated by progress and growth. I find everywhere opportunities to develop myself and I am especially happy when I can help others grow and achieve their goals. I believe that the best results are achieved through teamwork, and being sincere to and supportive of each other.

My experiences and education
I am the People and Culture Development Manager at the international electronics manufacturing company Enics. Previously I have been involved in the creation and development of employer brands and doing research analytics at the company Instar EBC.

I have also experience in recruiting, retaining, and developing talent in Viljandi Hospital (~1000 employees) as HR-Development Specialist and HR-Manager. I have sales and customer relationship management experience from Delux Production OÜ where I worked as Key Account Manager (Swedish Market). Everywhere I have worked, I have always stood for both people’s and organizations’ interests.

I have learned Human Resources Management at Tallinn University of Technology (Tal Tech). I got my master’s degree from the University of Tartu in Marketing and Finance Management (MBA).

I am actively dealing with self-development and improving my knowledge and skills in employer branding, HR management, marketing, and coaching. I am a certified HR Business Partner, Employer Brand Strategist, Coach, and Team Coach.
